Workshop - Boards in the Non-profit sector

Thought Leadership is Awakening !  At the invitation of INSEAD professors Erik van de Loo and Jaap Winter, a group of 10 Belgian and 10 Dutch Companions gathered on 12 September for a workshop to explore the particularities of boards in the non-profit sector.  We agreed that they can be more demanding than business and are a good learning ground to practice different leadership skills. The workshop will be followed by a second edition in April 2025, which will kick off a research program with INSEAD.
