Training good governance in not-for-profit organizations

The importance of good governance can hardly be overestimated in the boards of not-for-profit organizations. We have developed a one-day training with a team of facilitators who are experienced in governance and not-for-profit organizations. The style of this day is one of experience sharing and interaction. This will be reinforced by the limited number of participants. The result of this day will be a better understanding of the issues and impact of not-for-profit organizations, as well as the role and responsibilities of board members.
